Basket pressed overnight to extract phenolic structure from the elevated cool climate granite vineyard in Strathbogie. Dry and mineral-driven with inviting acidity, balanced by an aromatic bouquet of white jasmine and elderflower with stone and honeyed fruit. Delicious!
