A delicate expression of Grenache from the granitic and red soils of Tabilk. The aromatics are so alluring, amaro spice, cola and cherries are lifted by fine talky tannins that highlight restraint as they structure the fruit. Wild ferment, unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites, hand pressed, plunged and bottled.
